Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for members, healthcare providers, and plan sponsors. Your role is critical in shaping the customer experience and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, compassion, and accuracy. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues through phone, web, and written correspondence, often addressing complex and sensitive matters that require a high degree of professionalism and empathy.

This is a full-time, remote position based in California, with a competitive hourly rate of $30-$41. Our contact center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and can work any shift, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, based on business needs.
