As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service experience to a diverse population, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of non-emergent transportation and paratransit services. **About the Role:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front-line representative and image of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services utilizing transportation management systems to meet contract service levels * Providing exceptional customer service experience to a diverse customer population, ensuring a positive and professional interaction * Entering Customer Contact information into the appropriate software system, ensuring accuracy of data entries * Scheduling trips in the most cost-effective manner * Meeting job-specific key performance indicators and goals * Responding to all inquiries within a timely and professional manner * Responding and documenting customer complaints * Maintaining daily customer scheduling for Eligibility staff * Collecting, tracking, and maintaining all monies collected for replacement IDs * Maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA regulations * Communicating professionally with Leadership both internally and externally * Maintaining program spreadsheets * Regular attendance is required for assigned shifts **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * A typing speed of 30 WPM or greater * One year of customer service experience * Six months of experience working in a customer service contact center (preferred) * Authorization to work in the United States * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in using software systems and technology * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a healthcare or transportation-related field * Familiarity with transportation management systems * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in using software systems and technology * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding * Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
