The Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager who combines a strong financial foundation with fluency in modern AI tools and workflows.
This is not a traditional FP&A role. The core skillset we need is someone with strong analytical and strategic instincts — capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, maintaining sharp financial judgment under ambiguity, and leveraging AI tools to drive output at a level beyond what traditional finance workflows allow.

This role is execution-heavy. You will not be observing — you will be building.
What You’ll Do
Financial Analysis & Modeling
Develop a strong understanding of business economics across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels
- Build and improve financial models across forecasting, cash flow, margin structure, and unit economics
- Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis that supports real business decisions
AI-Enabled Finance Operations
- Direct AI tools and agents to improve modeling speed, forecasting workflows, and reporting clarity
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using AI-enabled processes
- Improve financial infrastructure by scaling systems rather than maintaining static spreadsheets
Forecasting & Business Performance
- Support forecasting accuracy across multiple revenue channels
- Improve visibility into cash flow performance and forward-looking planning
- Strengthen reporting workflows to increase decision-making velocity across leadership teams
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with operators across marketing, operations, and growth teams to support performance analysis
- Maintain clarity across multiple concurrent workstreams without losing execution speed
- Translate complex financial signals into simple decision-support insights
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth consumer startups
- Strong financial modeling fundamentals with the ability to build and pressure-test models independently
- Demonstrated professional experience using AI tools as part of financial workflows
- Experience operating in fast-moving, high-intensity environments
Operator Mindset
- Strong systems thinker who understands how financial infrastructure supports business execution
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams without losing clarity or quality
- Able to operate effectively in ambiguity and make decisions without waiting for perfect information
- Action-oriented and comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed
