As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and contributing to the success of our business. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve them. Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Perform inspections and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly and identify potential issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inventory. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements and upgrades. Adhere to production schedules and respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruptions. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow good housekeeping practices. Train and mentor junior team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. Work with outside contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and equipment for maintenance and repairs. Adhere to all PepsiCo quality and safety standards to ensure high-quality products are produced.
