Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking a full‑time Online Chat Representative to join our Member Contact Center team. This role is based at our state‑of‑the‑art contact center and focuses on delivering exceptional member service through live chat, email, and phone interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to members via online chat, email, and telephone.
