Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Required: Significant experience handling First-Party Property claims.
• Strong legal writing, deposition, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
In addition to base compensation, this position offers:
• 15% origination bonus on collected fees, paid monthly.
