The Fundraising Coordinator supports the implementation of the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program’s fundraising strategy by managing CRM systems, maintaining donor data and pipeline tracking, and supporting donor engagement efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data management, developing donor segmentation and communication cadences, and generating reports to inform fundraising performance.

Working closely with the Director of Implementation, the Coordinator assists in managing the fundraising plan, tracking deadlines and deliverables, and supporting execution across initiatives. The role also contributes to donor research, development of fundraising materials (including pitch decks and campaign assets), and cross-functional coordination with marketing and communications to support effective outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries. Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements.
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, including donor records, pipeline tracking, and data integrity.
• Support CRM build-out and optimization across platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Bloomerang).
• Develop and manage donor segmentation and communication cadences.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance and inform strategy.
• Coordinate execution of the fundraising plan, including tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Conduct donor research to support pipeline development and engagement strategies.
• Support development of donor-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and campaign assets.
• Assist with donor engagement efforts, including outreach coordination and follow up.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain organized workflows and proactively support execution across fundraising initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fundraising operations, CRM management, marketing, or related roles.
• Experience managing data systems, pipelines, or donor databases.
• Demonstrated ability to develop presentations or donor-facing materials.

 

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Bloomerang, Blackbaud, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp.
• Experience supporting CRM implementation or build-out.
• Experience supporting donor research, engagement, or fundraising campaigns.
• Familiarity with design and content tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

Working Conditions and Equipment Use:

• Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
• Valid driver license with proof of insurance.
• Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds.
