Role Description Mercor is seeking experienced government administrative services managers to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in public sector administrative operations through hands-on scenario creation and validation. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule. • Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world government administrative services management work based on your professional experience • Create realistic situations involving public facility management, municipal budget oversight, government procurement processes, and public policy implementation • Develop scenarios for coordinating government departmental operations, managing public sector staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance • Review and evaluate AI responses to government administrative queries for accuracy and professionalism • Provide detailed feedback on public sector management scenarios to improve AI training Qualifications • 4+ years professional experience in government administrative services • Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities • Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems • Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills • Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz • Average 14 years experience preferred Requirements • Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule • Expected workload: 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours • Project start date: immediately, lasting for around 6 weeks Compensation & Contract Terms • Independent contractor engagement through Mercor • Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect • Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods Application Process • Applications reviewed continuously; shortlisted professionals will be contacted for next steps • Typical response time: within one week of submission Apply To This Job
