- Identify recurring problems and recommend permanent fixes
- Deliver clear, non-technical explanations to clients

Skills
- 1+ years' experience in IT support or network management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
