Role Description Rev.io is seeking a UX Product Manager to drive the user experience strategy across our platform while partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Enterprise Platform teams. This role combines product thinking, UX leadership, and customer advocacy to ensure our applications are intuitive, efficient, and scalable. • Understand how customers interact with our products throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and translate user insights into meaningful product improvements. • Balance business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs to create experiences that drive customer satisfaction and adoption. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging directly with customers, influencing product direction, and leveraging modern AI-powered design tools to accelerate innovation. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, UX Design, or a related role within a SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and customer research methodologies. • Proven experience designing and delivering complex workflows within enterprise software applications. • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product recommendations and requirements. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, customer success, and executive stakeholders. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Experience using modern design and prototyping tools, including AI-assisted design workflows. Requirements • Experience in telecommunications, managed service providers (MSP), billing, subscription management, or related industries. • Experience working with quote-to-cash, PSA, billing, field service, CRM, or ERP platforms. • Familiarity with component-based front-end frameworks and design systems. • Experience helping shape products in active development, beta programs, or rapidly evolving product environments. • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices for enterprise software. • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
