We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused <strong>Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison</strong> to expand our presence in the South Dallas market and surrounding communities.<br><br>

<strong>Position Summary<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The Sales Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare sales.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong referral relationships within assigned territory (Denton and surrounding areas)</li>
<li>Generate qualified home health admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic)</li>
<li>Conduct daily field visits to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners</li>
<li>Track and manage all activities through CRM (daily call logs required)</li>
<li>Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and performance goals</li>
<li>Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach initiatives</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, or medical sales (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Medicare and home health referral processes</li>
<li>Established relationships in South Dallas area (highly preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory</li>
