The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Administrative Coordinator will support the Centralized Diversion Manager with data migration, managing, tracking, and reporting required information into shared data systems (Clarity, Agency, and Forward), and be responsible for auditing files for accurateness to ensure contractual compliance. This position requires critical thinking and analysis through a race equity lens, as well as demonstration of compassion, understanding and empathy while working with diverse staff, guests and community partners in a multi-racial and multi-cultural environment.


The HMIS Administrative Coordinator actively engages in Mary’s Place racial equity work – striving for racially equitable outcomes and taking responsibility for creating, maintaining and affirming communities for people of color, immigrants and refugees, trans and gender-non-conforming people, and other populations who routinely encounter systemic oppressions.


This is a full-time, non-exempt remote position. There will be mandatory in-person meetings occasionally with an average of once per month. The hourly wage is $27 - $32 DOE.


This position reports to the Data and Evaluation Director. This position does not supervise other staff.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to converse with and listen to people in many different settings

· Ability to use a computer and telephone, as well as other standard office equipment

· Work takes place in a social services environment where long periods of sitting, working on a computer

· Travel to program sites and meetings outside the site and around the county is necessary

· Ability to work in an environment where there may be animals present, including dogs
