UK | Remote-first (with client travel)
Full-time | Permanent

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant (Payroll & HR) to join our growing team at Silver Cloud.
In this role, you’ll be part of our Client Transformation Advisory Team (CTT), partnering with clients to deliver HR and payroll system selection and implementation projects, digital reviews, and wider transformation programmes.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to HR and Payroll leaders, helping them define requirements, navigate vendor selection, and deliver successful implementations that create real business value. This is a hands-on consulting role suited to someone with a strong foundation in HR and/or payroll operations, alongside a solid understanding of how people, process, and technology work together to drive outcomes.
If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working closely with clients on meaningful transformation projects, this role offers real scope to make an impact. You’ll work across multiple systems and industries, building your expertise within a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team.
You’ll report directly to our Head of Client Transformation.
