To support our growing team and expanding initiatives, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager (Volunteer) to establish and manage HR systems, policies, and volunteer engagement programs for the Foundation.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Manager (Volunteer) will play a key leadership role in shaping The Humane Choices Foundation’s people strategy and organizational culture.

This position will develop HR policies, volunteer management frameworks, onboarding systems, and engagement initiatives to support staff and volunteers working across Canada and globally. The ideal candidate will bring HR expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep belief in compassionate leadership.

As one of the Foundation’s senior volunteer roles, the HR Manager will help build a strong, transparent, and ethical organizational structure, ensuring compliance, professionalism, and a positive experience for all team members.
