Key Responsibilities
Manage and Grow Book of Business
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships and drive repeat business
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
Track account activity and ensure customer satisfaction
Prospect and Generate New Business
Conduct cold calls and outreach to prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Schedule meetings or demos as appropriate to advance opportunities
Customer Issue Resolution
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Partner with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations
Sales Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and forecasts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a sales-driven environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
