We’re looking for an experienced ITIL Certified Trainer (PeopleCert) to deliver high-impact training to learners preparing for ITIL Foundation and advanced certifications. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity suited to a confident facilitator who enjoys sharing expertise and engaging with professionals across global teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver engaging ITIL training aligned with the PeopleCert framework and curriculum
Facilitate both foundational and advanced ITIL modules, depending on your expertise
Translate IT Service Management concepts into clear, practical, real-world examples
Support learners through exam preparation with structured guidance, practice questions, and course materials
What We’re Looking For
ITIL Certified Trainer accreditation through PeopleCert (essential)
Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL best practices
Proven experience delivering ITIL training within corporate or professional environments
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
A structured, learner-focused approach to delivering complex content
