We're currently seeking an information-driven, conscientious Examination Chief to support our paid media examination capability. In this role, you'll surface data-driven strategic opportunities for our Executive Authority team, focusing on optimizing our paid media spend globally. What You'll Do
As a Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly influence how we allocate millions of dollars in marketing investment worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive reporting and insights in the realm of paid media, ensuring stakeholders have access to clear, actionable intelligence that informs strategic decisions
- Design and build analysis, business intelligence, and data science forecasts with the goal of enhancing measurable paid media outcomes and improving marketing efficiencies across all channels
- Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing teams on implementing sophisticated media mix models that optimize our advertising investments
- Lead ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by rapid interpretation of results and the definition and communication of recommendations that drive measurable action
- Partner with marketing, finance, and data product teams to address complex business challenges and track marketing and product performance using a data-driven approach
- Leverage SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports that meet evolving business needs
- Analyze data to identify business issues and conduct deep dives to perform root cause analysis, uncovering the "why" behind performance fluctuations
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to utilize internal data from Perceptible and arenaflex, as well as external data from market research and advertising partners, to address complex business challenges by delivering relevant insights
- Conceptualize and execute analysis that generates insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition

Essential Qualifications
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field, demonstrating your ability to translate data into business impact
- Advanced SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets effectively
- Advanced proficiency in at least one industry analysis and statistics visualization tool such as Tableau, QuickSight, or PowerBI
- Mastery in Excel with a demonstrated history of building sophisticated models, dashboards, and analytical reports
- Bachelor's degree in data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or another related field

- A strong inclination for action, highly organized with the ability to complete responsibilities and tasks with minimal guidance and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business leadership and technical teams
- Experience with subscription-based, recruitment, or media content organizations
- Experience with or interest in learning cutting-edge data science approaches
- Programming knowledge including Python and/or other languages such as Java or C#
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
