We welcome both newer agents and seasoned professionals, as long as you're licensed and motivated to grow. You should be:
• An active, licensed Georgia real estate agent (this is required)
• Motivated and growth-minded, whether you're just starting out or already producing
• A strong communicator who builds genuine relationships with clients
• Organized, self-driven, and ready to take real ownership of your business
• Someone who thrives with coaching, support, and a team that shows up for each other
What You'll Do
• Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction, from first contact through close
• Convert provided leads into clients through strong follow-up and relationship building
• Represent your clients professionally in negotiations to achieve the best outcomes
• Manage your pipeline and transactions with attention to detail
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with a competitive split designed to reward active, motivated agents. There is no cap on what you can earn.
