The Team

The newly formed Partner Operations team offers a unique opportunity to help build the operational backbone of Nebius’s rapidly growing partner ecosystem. You’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment where operational excellence and cross-functional teamwork are key to enabling partner success. As part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll help design data-driven systems, programs, and processes to allow partners to build and scale with Nebius. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on builder to help shape the infrastructure behind a next-generation AI cloud company operating at the forefront of the global AI economy.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Partner GTM Planning & Analytics to serve as the global partner data, planning, and insights lead for Nebius's global partnerships ecosystem. This role will help Nebius scale partner-led growth by building the reports, business models, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and operating insights required to support partner GTM execution across all partner types.

This is a hands-on operational analytics role for someone who understands partner ecosystems including; hyperscaler, reseller, referral, ISV, GSI, distributor, channel, and marketplace motions, enterprise GTM, and data-driven business planning. The role will support partner routes to market, GTM plays, joint account planning, partner territories, coverage models, partner team compensation, partner tier and incentive calculations, marketplace initiatives, and partner performance management.

Reporting to the Head of Partner Operations, this person will work closely with Partner Programs & Business Operations, Partner Systems, Partner Marketing, Revenue Enablement, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and leadership to turn global partner data into actionable insights and repeatable execution workflows.

Base Compensation Range
$138,000—$170,000 USD
