Position Overview
We're seeking a full-time Marketing Representative to own and execute our digital marketing efforts — from search visibility to video content to day-to-day campaign management. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple marketing hats and can work independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
• SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to improve search rankings; conduct keyword research; monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content (client testimonials, educational clips, social media reels) for use across our website and social channels
• Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and publish blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy that reflects our brand voice
• Google Suite Management: Manage Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaigns (if applicable), and Google Analytics to track traffic, leads, and campaign performance
• Website Updates: Make ongoing updates and edits to our Squarespace website, including content changes, page additions, and general upkeep
• Collaborate on marketing strategy and campaign calendars
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong writing and content editing skills
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and/or Google Ads
• Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with Squarespace a plus
• Insurance or financial services marketing experience a plus, but not required

• Location: Estero, FL area preferred; remote work considered for the right candidate
• Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience
