- Proven track record as a Hunter with 4 5 years of experience in IT services sales.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring at least 4 5 new logos in the past 2 years.
- Experience in selling IT solutions and services to Retail / CPG clients.
- Solid understanding of digital transformation, with experience selling in the data and digital services space.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collect and analyze client data to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including account notes and activity tracking.
- Serve as a client advocate, continuously working to enhance the buyer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and provide feedback for service improvement.
