Marsh McLennan's NERA is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to join their team. This entry-level role involves supporting various marketing initiatives, providing administrative assistance, and gaining hands-on experience in project management and CRM tasks within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow across marketing projects
- Learn and utilize marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and gain insights
- Assist the Marketing Technology team with basic CRM and website support tasks, including testing emails, web forms, and landing pages
- Support the Project Management team by maintaining and updating project tasks and statuses using project management tools such as monday.com
- Help maintain data quality in the Salesforce CRM by processing contact updates and managing subscription preferences
- Provide administrative support by drafting simple documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials
- Manage administrative inboxes and respond to routine support requests
- Assist with coordinating marketing materials and supporting event planning activities such as webinars and seminars
- Support the Business Development team with outreach campaigns and tracking their effectiveness
Skills
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong writing skills to create clear, concise, and professional marketing content
- Ability to leverage AI tools to support and streamline marketing processes and content creation
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and project management tools; experience with Salesforce, monday.com, or similar platforms is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in tracking, interpreting, and reporting on marketing campaign performance and other key metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
