This role offers a unique opportunity to take on a significant role within a well-respected practice, with no portable book of business required. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious and eager to contribute to the firm's long-term succession plan.Candidate Profile:JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active California Bar Admission, in good standing.8+ years of substantive experience handling all aspects of individual, class, and collective wage-and-hour actions.Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters, with a focus on wage-and-hour actions.Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment compliance and risk mitigation.Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to take on significant client responsibility and play a key role in a prominent law firm’s long-term growth.
