Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack online grocery orders with attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of items selected.
- Ensure product quality by inspecting items for freshness, correct sizes, and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Walmarts safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of inventory, ensuring products are properly stored.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide outstanding service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock rotation, restocking, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and procedures related to online grocery services.
- Perform other duties as required by management to support the team and store operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online grocery ordering systems.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- A team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or grocery handling is preferred but not required.
- Experience in online grocery fulfillment or related roles is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours including part-time and full-time shifts.
