Her business is fast-paced, content-driven, and continuously evolving, with a strong focus on expanding her digital presence through speaking engagements, social media, newsletters, and media appearances. She values professionalism, strategic thinking, efficiency, and individuals who take ownership and operate independently.
About the Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
As the Executive Business Partner | Strategy & Operations, you will serve as a trusted partner responsible for managing executive priorities, optimizing business operations, and supporting key brand initiatives. You will work directly with the executive to ensure seamless execution across business, content, and operational functions.
The ideal candidate is a polished professional who can confidently communicate with senior executives, corporate stakeholders, media contacts, clients, and executive assistants supporting high-level leaders. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.
This is an outcome-based partnership rather than a task-driven position, offering the opportunity to grow alongside the business with expanded responsibilities and increased compensation over time.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Leadership Support
Own and manage a dynamic executive calendar, prioritizing meetings and strategic commitments
Serve as the primary gatekeeper for appointments and scheduling priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics
Manage executive inboxes, draft responses, and ensure timely follow-ups
Liaise professionally with executives, clients, partners, media contacts, and executive assistants
Coordinate speaking engagements, coaching sessions, interviews, podcasts, and business meetings
Support business development initiatives and relationship management
Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems
Strategy & Operations
Maintain operational systems, trackers, documentation, and workflows
Identify and implement process improvements
Independently manage day-to-day operational priorities
Ensure accuracy across schedules, communications, and administrative processes
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Support special projects and strategic initiatives
Brand & Content Operations
Maintain publishing schedules and content calendars
Assist with newsletter organization and content distribution
Repurpose long-form content into social media and digital assets
Upload and organize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Help maintain consistency in the executive's personal brand voice
Executive Presentations & Communications
Create and edit executive presentations, slide decks, and supporting materials
Assist with simple marketing graphics for speaking engagements and business communications
Review presentations and written materials for clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency
Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, executive communications, inboxes, and travel logistics
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with polished business professionalism
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize independently
Sound judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to anticipate needs while working with minimal supervision
Experience preparing executive presentations and handling confidential information with discretion
Confidence communicating with senior executives, clients, media contacts, and external stakeholders
Experience supporting coaching, consulting, media, personal brand, or founder-led businesses is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn, content publishing workflows, newsletters, and tools such as Riverside, StreamYard, or Substack is an advantage
