Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Oracle Fusion Reporting Lead with strong expertise in enterprise reporting across Finance and SCM domains. As a Reporting Lead, you will drive end-to-end reporting strategy, collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting needs, and ensure optimized, scalable, and efficient reporting solutions across modules.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with business stakeholders to gather and rationalize reporting requirements across Finance, SCM, PPM, RMCS, and Subscription modules
· Define and drive reporting strategy ensuring optimal number of reports with minimal redundancy
· Analyze existing reports for consolidation, standardization, and optimization
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting designs
· Work with developers (OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW) to ensure delivery
· Establish governance for report lifecycle and prioritization
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
· Support UAT validation and business sign-offs
· Drive performance optimization of reports
· Act as single point of contact for reporting discussions
Skill Requirements
· 10+ years experience in Oracle ERP with focus on Fusion Reporting
· Strong functional understanding of Finance and SCM including PPM, RMCS, Subscription
· Hands-on OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics
· Strong stakeholder management
· Experience in reporting optimization initiatives
· Ability to translate functional to technical design
· Strong communication and leadership
