Fem Boudoir is a luxury boudoir photography studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in empowering women through a high-end, confidence-building experience—from professional hair & makeup to guided photoshoots and same-day image reveals.
We’re growing quickly and looking for a strong phone sales closer who knows how to connect, build trust, and confidently guide clients to book.
Role Overview:
This is a remote (work-from-home) position focused on phone consultations + closing bookings with warm leads (no cold calling).
You’ll be speaking with women who have already inquired or applied—your job is to:
• Build connection
• Understand their “why”
• Guide them into booking their session
• Close confidently on the call
Schedule:
• Part-time
• Some weekdays + Saturdays required
• Flexible hours, but must be available during peak booking times
Responsibilities:
• Conduct phone consultations with warm leads
• Follow a proven sales structure + script
• Handle objections and guide clients to a decision
• Book clients directly on the call
• Follow up with leads via text/email when needed
• Maintain organized notes in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong sales/closing experience (REQUIRED)
• Confident on the phone (not shy, not passive)
• Able to build emotional connection quickly
• Comfortable talking about confidence, body image, and empowerment
• Results-driven (you care about closing, not just chatting)
• Reliable, responsive, and self-managed
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in high-ticket sales ($1K–$5K+)
• Background in coaching, fitness, beauty, or luxury services
• Familiarity with CRM systems
Compensation:
• $25/hour
• Performance bonuses based on bookings/closures
