Key Responsibilities
- Work overnight weekend shifts (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights) to provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels
- Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues for customers, including connecting standard consumer electronic devices
- Provide education on our products and services, recommend solutions to meet customer needs, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reply to customer email inquiries, work with customers to sign up for new services, and resolve basic billing issues
- Troubleshoot advanced networking protocols within our company network
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and consumer wireless routers
- High ethical standards, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Ability to solve problems with patience and a positive approach, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
