Help troubleshoot employee questions on topics like payroll, PTO balances, or benefits access, escalating issues when needed.
Coordinate with vendors or platforms to resolve employee issues quickly and accurately.
Maintain accurate records of employee inquiries and resolutions to ensure a smooth experience.
Provide timely, professional responses to client employee requests while following client-specific processes.
Collaborate with the Founder’s HR Lab team to deliver innovative, practical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’re approachable and collaborative.
Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities, you can adapt quickly and think things through.
Comfort with remote work tools and HR tech platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
