Pharmacist - Prescriber

Fixed Term Contract
Monday - Friday 0600-1000 & 1600- 2200
Weekends – 0800-2200
Remote
£45,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contracts available: 10-40 hours per week
Reporting to Operations Team

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist Prescriber you will be delivering safe, evidence-based weight management services. You will be assessing patient consultations remotely and prescribing repeat GLP-1 medication where clinically appropriate, in line with GPHC guidelines and internal SOP’s.

Essential requirements

❖Registered with the GPHC
❖Qualified Independent Prescriber
❖Insurance – must be provided
❖Must have a personal laptop
❖Must have a Right to Work in the UK
❖Previous experience of GLP1 medication – for weight loss (ideal)
❖Ability to work independently in a remote environment
❖Must be IT literate
❖Up to date with mandatory training
❖Dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacists who want to work differently
