Role Overview
We are looking for a PPC specialist to help build and scale paid user acquisition channels, test new growth hypotheses, and make marketing decisions based on data. You will work closely with the product, analytical, and design teams to grow key product metrics.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a paid user acquisition strategy for the TutTam mobile app and website. Launch, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a PPC Specialist, Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist
- Experience working with mobile apps and app promotion
- Practical experience working with Google Ads (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Practical experience working with Meta Ads Manager
- Confident knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Understanding of attribution, analytics, and measuring the effectiveness of ad campaigns
- Experience working with ad budgets and optimizing the cost of user acquisition
- Ability to work with data and make decisions based on metrics
- Understanding of product analytics and digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience building reporting and working with dashboards
