Overview:
Join our PR & Events Team as a Public Relations Manager, where you will drive SOFTSWISS's strategic media presence within the dynamic iGaming industry. This role is tailored for a proactive, result-driven professional passionate about building media relations and delivering impactful PR campaigns
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for planning and delivering PR initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand visibility and reputation across international markets. Working closely with internal experts, media, and external partners, you will create impactful communications, build strong media relationships, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all external channels.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of the annual PR strategy and communication plans.
Plan and deliver PR campaigns and ongoing communications for assigned products, markets, and corporate topics.
Prepare and edit press releases, articles, interviews, expert comments, media pitches, briefs, and other PR materials in English.
Identify relevant media angles and work with internal experts to turn company expertise, product updates, and data into media-ready content.
Build and maintain relationships with international and industry media, coordinate distribution, and follow up on publication opportunities.
Manage PR materials through the full production process, including internal approvals, localisation, design, publication, and external distribution.
Support the media presence and personal brands of company representatives, including interviews, contributed articles, and public speaking opportunities.
Coordinate PR support for conferences, awards, rankings, and other external visibility opportunities.
Maintain weekly and monthly PR plans, publication records, and project documentation.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance, including publication quality, relevance, product focus, and results.
Ensure that company information remains accurate and consistent across the corporate website, media partner platforms, directories, and other external channels.
Coordinate external agencies, writers, editors, designers, and other contractors involved in PR projects.
Required Experience:
Higher education in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in PR, media relations or marketing communications.
Experience in independently coordinating PR projects or campaigns.
Strong English writing and editing skills.
Native Russian.
Experience preparing press releases, articles, pitches, interviews, expert comments, and other media materials.
Understanding of media relations and the publication process.
Ability to identify relevant media angles and adapt complex information for different audiences and formats.
Experience working with several stakeholders and coordinating reviews and approvals.
Ability to organise multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with plans, publication records, and performance reports.
Proactive and accountable approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, iGaming, payments, crypto or another regulated industry.
Experience working with international and English-language media.
Experience supporting executive communications and public speaking activities.
Experience working with research-based or data-driven PR content.
Familiarity with media monitoring and project management tools.
