About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Director of ESSA-Funded Programs and other stakeholders to ensure successful program administration and monitoring.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external grant stakeholders.
• Implement policies and procedures for the administration and oversight of GEER and ESSER programs.
• Contribute to the preparation of LEA application forms and review protocols.
• Assist in the preparation of monitoring forms and review protocols for grant oversight.
• Develop data collection tools for reporting elements required by the USDE.
• Track LEA budgets and amendments under supervision.
• Conduct monitoring of CARES Act programs for LEA compliance.
• Provide technical assistance to LEAs regarding grant implementation.
• Contribute to the development of technical assistance resources such as guidance documents and webinars.
• Assist LEAs in preparing and completing their grant applications.
• Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
• Master's degree AND two years of professional experience in an education agency or organization, working with at-risk youth, or teaching/administration in a public school.
