Real Estate Review Director, ED (Residential)

You help the firm grow responsibly by anticipating emerging risks and applying expert judgment to real-world challenges that impact our customers and communities.

As a Real Estate Review Director in the Valuation Services Group (VSG) within Commercial Bank Risk, you will lead residential appraisal review operations across a multi‑state region. You will directly manage Residential Real Estate Review Leads and their teams focused on complex 1–4 family residential collateral, ensuring adherence to firm policy, USPAP, and FIRREA/Interagency appraisal guidelines while driving consistent quality, timely SLAs, and strong stakeholder outcomes.
