The Opportunity  We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead and support a portfolio of dental clinics in the British Columbia region in Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this individual will provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Office Managers.  As a key operational leader, you will drive performance in patient experience, financial results, operational excellence, and team engagement to ensure exceptional care delivery while supporting sustainable growth. Driven by excellence, you take pride in developing strong leaders, optimizing operations, and delivering measurable results.  A strong leader who coaches and develops high-performing Clinic Managers  A business-minded operator with strong financial acumen and P&L understanding  A relationship builder who earns credibility with partners and clinic teams  Comfortable leading change and operating in a fast-growing, complex environment  Results-oriented, with a disciplined approach to operational execution  What You Do  Clinic Leadership and Team Development  Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinic Managers and Office Managers  Set clear performance expectations aligned to objectives and key results (OKRs)  Build leadership capability and succession strength across the region  Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration by bringing “Brilliant Together” to life across clinics and the Support Centre  Identify and develop leadership potential within clinic teams  Patient Experience and Quality of Care  Promote a patient-centered culture that delivers consistent, high-quality care  Partner with Lead Dentists and clinical leaders to support clinical excellence initiatives  Ensure efficient appointment planning, coordination, and flow to deliver exceptional experiences  Take ownership of escalated patient concerns and support resolution as needed  Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and provincial standards  Complete annual facility condition reports in partnership with cross-functional teams  Operational Planning and Execution  Partner with Clinic Managers and Lead Dentists to develop annual goals and execution plans  Analyze key performance indicators to identify revenue growth and operational improvement opportunities  Drive performance in patient engagement, hygiene production, pricing strategy, and workforce management  Implement Support Centre programs, policies, and operational standards  Act as a change agent by helping clinics navigate growth and transformation  Conduct regular clinic visits to reinforce operating standards and identify improvement opportunities  Support the seamless integration of new clinics in partnership with integration and training teams  Financial Performance  Own regional financial performance (P&L)  Coach Clinic Managers on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and workforce optimization  Review and strengthen workforce management, payroll approvals, and cost discipline  Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews  Administrative Partnership  Ensure Clinic Managers effectively oversee day-to-day administrative functions  Strengthen collaboration between clinics and Support Centre teams  Promote accountability for payroll, scheduling, reporting, banking operations, and accounts receivable  What You Bring  Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in dental or healthcare  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a related field is considered an asset  Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities  Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis  Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills  Knowledge of dental industry regulatory and compliance standards  Agile leadership style with strong prioritization and execution skills  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the region  What You Get and Give  It’s not just our leading-edge technology or world-class treatments that set us apart (although our people are fortunate to benefit from both).
