Job Summary: 

We are actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to mentor and coach territory sales reps to elevate sales abilities and performance. This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, technical selling, and territory growth. 

What You'll Do: 

• Develop and manage strong relationships with end users, distributors, engineering firms, and contractors
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive territory growth
• Execute strategic sales plans in alignment with manufacturer goals and regional demand
• Represent a portfolio of best-in-class utility and telecom products in face-to-face and virtual customer meetings
• Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and hands-on training to customers
• Launch new products into the market and educate stakeholders on key value propositions

• Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and generate reports using CRM tools
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
• Leverage social media and digital tools to support lead generation and brand presence in the region
  

Your Background: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (power utility or telecom industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of distribution channels and/or engineering firms
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close new business
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic digital engagement tools
• Must be located within assigned territory and comfortable with regional travel up to 80%
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
