Salesfinity is an AI Growth Platform that helps SDRs become 10x better at their job, and they are seeking an Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales. The role involves managing demos, building pipelines, and collaborating with SDRs while directly engaging with leadership in B2B software companies.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sales: Prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → close
- Sell into VPs of Sales, Heads of SDR, and RevOps leaders at B2B software companies
- Run sharp, consultative demos of the Salesfinity platform (dialer, AI coaching, Mission, Command)
- Partner with SDRs on pipeline, but also self-source — top AEs here build their own book
- Manage deals in HubSpot with discipline: clean stages, accurate forecasts, no surprises
- Work directly with the founder on pricing, positioning, and deal strategy
- Hit and beat quota
Skills
- 2+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into sales orgs
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota (bring the receipts)
- Elite cold calling and discovery skills — you can run a deal from a cold dial to a signed contract
- Experience with mid-market deal cycles ($20K+ ACV) and multi-stakeholder buying
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment — no hand-holding, no bloated playbooks
- Competitive, coachable, and hungry to build something
- Bonus: you've sold sales tech before (dialers, sequencers, conversation intelligence, CRMs)
