Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OnBase Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales within the Home Services sector. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful account transitions.
Responsibilities
- Generate net-new business opportunities within assigned verticals and territories
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations for business owners and executive stakeholders
- Present digital marketing and technology solutions aligned to customer business objectives and performance metrics
- Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline activity, forecasting, and account records
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams during onboarding and account transition processes
Skills
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the Home Services or selling digital marketing solutions
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing
- History of generating and managing an independent pipeline
- Consistent achievement of revenue targets, including $5K+ monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Familiarity with one or more Home Services verticals, including: Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Landscaping
- Previous progression from SDR/BDR to Account Executive or closing role preferred
- Familiarity with Legal industry workflows and client acquisition models preferred
