The Sales and Account Representative will generate new client leads, engage in business development, and provide customer service to clients, playing a key role in achieving the company's success goals.
Responsibilities
- Source and connect with potential new clients that can benefit from our services
- Consultation and sales proposal meetings
- Liaison with client accounts focusing on client goals and satisfaction
- Create presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Represent and promote Congress Billing within professional network
- Maintain accurate client records and project management data
- Other duties as assigned in relation to business development
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and account management
- Excellent computer and technology literacy
- Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in behavioral healthcare and RCM knowledge
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in related field
