They are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business through cold outreach and strategic selling, emphasizing results and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Leading high-energy video meetings with SMB owners across all industry sectors
- Presenting RoadRunner’s 'Cost Saving and Process Improvement' initiatives to key decision-makers
- Hunting, sourcing, and developing new business through consistent prospecting and cold-calling
- Utilizing Salesforce.com to keep your deals organized and your strategy on track
Skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
- You are highly efficient in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) with ease
- You know how to guide a prospect through a complex sales cycle and have a primary focus on results
- You also have experience selling long-term committal contracts
- You don't need a perfect map to find the treasure. You use sound judgment and strong decision-making skills to act even without the 'whole picture.'
- You can facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders and handle conflicting points of view with poise and influence
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- On Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 – $125,000
