They are seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to lead sales efforts for strategic aviation industry partners, driving revenue through integrated marketing campaigns and building consultative partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and develop new business by selling integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, video, experiential) to accounts within the aviation industry
- Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with clients and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor and their primary advocate within Firecrown
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to crafting custom proposals, presenting solutions, and closing deals
- Be a team player who collaborates across functions to design and sell complex, integrated marketing packages, leading with digital first
- Create and pitch compelling, creative campaigns that align client goals with the unique reach, credibility, and storytelling power of our aviation brands
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (editorial, marketing, design) to ensure the seamless development and execution of custom programs
- Become an industry expert, staying ahead of market trends and competitive positioning to proactively identify and unlock new opportunities
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or brand marketing
- A proven track record of building relationships with senior marketing decision-makers and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the media landscape and the ability to translate client challenges into creative, effective marketing solutions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft a compelling story and articulate clear value propositions
- Strategic and consultative mindset, with experience managing the entire sales funnel from initial outreach to long-term partnership
- The ability to influence effectively at all levels, both externally with clients and internally with cross-functional teams
- Proficient with leading sales software tools (CRM Platforms, HubSpot, G-Suite), to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive data-driven decisions
