The Account Manager will manage client relationships, oversee campaign planning, and ensure alignment with client goals while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Managing and growing client relationships
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
- Overseeing campaign planning, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinating with internal marketing and creative teams
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Preparing reports
- Communicating insights and recommendations to clients
- Supporting strategic planning
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Helping maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Skills
- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication and expectation setting
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as organic growth, paid media, and conversion optimization
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities in a remote environment
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, derive insights, and present clear performance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a straightforward way
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Experience working with marketing tools or platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, ad platforms) is beneficial
- Prior experience in account management, client services, or a similar role in a marketing or agency setting is an asset
