Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UniFi specializes in providing bookkeeping solutions tailored for franchise systems, partnering with franchisors and franchisees. The Account Manager will manage relationships with national franchise brands, ensuring client success and expanding services while onboarding new clients and providing support.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisors and franchisees as their trusted UniFi contact
- Understand client needs and present tailored bookkeeping solutions
- Guide new clients through onboarding, including QuickBooks setup and integrations
- Attend 5+ annual conferences or expos to represent UniFi and connect with new prospects
- Partner with franchisors to drive adoption of UniFi’s services across all locations
- Hold regular client check-ins (including quarterly Zoom reviews) to ensure long-term success
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client challenges and deliver great service
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of business-to-business sales or account management experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for conferences and client events
- QB ProAdvisor certification is a plus
