Responsibilities
- Design, build, support, or improve systems, documentation, workflows, and operating procedures directly connected to this role
- Partner with engineering, analytics, operations, security, and business teams to translate requirements into reliable execution
- Document architecture, service behavior, operational procedures, data flows, access needs, and handoff details clearly
- Monitor quality, reliability, security, and performance issues and support practical improvements over time
- Participate in remote planning, review, troubleshooting, and implementation routines with strong ownership
Skills
- Experience translating user needs and business goals into clear product requirements and execution plans
- Ability to work with engineering, analytics, operations, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong documentation, prioritization, communication, and roadmap-management skills
- Comfort using data, user feedback, and operational constraints to guide decisions
- Experience supporting technical or AI-enabled products is helpful
- Experience with AI-enabled tools, SaaS workflows, or internal product platforms
- Comfort using analytics to shape product decisions
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery in a remote environment
