The Opportunity We are seeking experienced B2B appointment setters and lead generation specialists for ongoing remote campaigns. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling during standard U.S. business hours and consistent weekly workload expectations. You’ll support multi-touch outreach campaigns by following up on email engagement, speaking with decision-makers, and helping move prospects toward scheduled introductory meetings. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to targeted business prospects • Follow up on email outreach campaigns • Qualify interest and schedule introductory appointments • Log outcomes and notes in CRM (PhoneBurner preferred) • Follow provided messaging frameworks • Provide feedback to improve campaign performance • Meet agreed weekly outreach activity goals Ideal Background • 1+ year B2B appointment setting, SDR, or lead generation experience • Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives • Professional phone presence and strong communication skills • Organized, self-directed, and reliable Requirements • Must reside in the United States • Computer, headset, phone, and reliable high-speed internet • Available during standard U.S. business hours • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week Compensation • Starting pay: $15/hour (1099 contractor) • Performance-based pay increases beginning after first qualified appointment • Ongoing advancement opportunities based on performance and campaign tenure • Weekly direct deposit payments Application Instructions Submit your resume and LinkedIn profile along with a brief note describing your B2B lead generation or appointment-setting experience.
