Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paladin Consulting is seeking an Avature System Analyst to support their Talent Acquisition technology platform. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance technology utilization and streamline recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- An experienced TA Operations Analyst is required to play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition technology platform (Avature)
- TA Operations Analyst will work closely with People teams, TA Team and TA Operation support all TA technology platform queries
- This role requires understanding end to end recruiting process and provide advice on how to improve using technology and streamlining processes
- Solid experience as a System Administrator in Technology platforms (Avature and/or other similar SAAS Talent Acquisitions technologies)
- Provide first level operational support for Avature related queries
- Analyze the usage of various technology platforms and assist with the associated subscription administration
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve process & improve technology utilization / adoption
- Support change/enhancement projects with testing, training and documentation
- Conduct process mapping as required using MS Visio
- Extracting reports from Avature as needed
- Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations as requested
- Ad hoc administrative support as required
Skills
- Experience as a System Administrator (Avature)
- Experience in configuration
- Solid experience as a System Administrator in Technology platforms (Avature and/or other similar SAAS Talent Acquisitions technologies)
- Understanding end to end recruiting process
