They are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative who will be the key point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking prospects, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to treatment scheduling.
Responsibilities
- You will respond to customer's inquiries via text messaging promptly and professionally, ensuring a high-quality experience
- You will tailor responses and templates to address individual customer needs and provide a personalized touch
- You will be able to maintain respectful and tactful communication at all times, following approved guidelines and processes
- Deliver all sales conversations, emails, and follow-up messages with equal fluency and professionalism in both English and Spanish
- Adapt tone, language, and communication style to match each prospect's preference
- You will respond to inquiries via approved messaging platform to provide clear, informative responses in English and Spanish, highlighting the clinic's procedures and their benefits
- Schedule and conduct phone consultations with accurate notes and contact details
- Use designated CRM to send lead follow-ups and assist with pipeline management as needed
- You will assist with additional sales-related tasks and projects, contributing to the overall sales process
- Create a warm, non-judgmental, and confidential first impression with every prospect
- Address common questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and accurate information
- Escalate complex clinical questions to the appropriate team member immediately
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, customer-facing roles, or client relations, demonstrating an ability to drive conversions
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce clear, error-free professional messaging
- Comfortable handling sensitive, private, and confidential client inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Prior experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare services, wellness, or any client-facing role in a private or sensitive services industry
- Experience working with U.S.-based or Latin American clients
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques with the ability to guide a prospect rather than hard-sell
- Background in appointment setting for high-ticket services where trust and relationship-building drive conversion
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, log notes, and track pipeline status
- A background in the medical field is a plus, but not required. Candidates with medical knowledge will have an advantage in understanding client needs and procedures
