They are seeking a Business Data Analyst who will support the preparation of user manuals, training materials, and reports while maintaining documentation and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Expert experience assisting with the creation, maintenance, and analysis of technical documentation and information, including presentations and reports, involving document assembly, editing, and related administrative and financial support
- Proficiency in organizational change management standards
- Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools
- Ability to create, critique, and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for consumption by senior management
- Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guiding teams to adapt change
- Excellent communications skill, both written and oral, with focus on strong visual communications skills to convey complex concepts via graphic designs
- Creative, strategic thinker, and self-starter with ability to solve complex programmatic problems
- Ability to multi-task, deconflict priorities, and accountable for all assigned projects/tasks under broad guidance
Skills
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Must be able to obtain or currently possess IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1)
- Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point
