Skills
- 3–5+ years of business development experience
- Proven track record of cold outreach and new client acquisition
- Comfortable operating independently in a commission-driven structure
- Strong preference for experience in accounting, finance, or professional services environments
- Staffing or agency sales experience strongly preferred
