[Remote] Business Development Representative -CRC Sales

The Business Development Representative will drive new business development, establish customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities • Drive new business development for CRC and CT closure products • Prospect, reputed company, and secure new customers reputed company pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and medical device markets • Establish and manage relationships with key decision-makers, including executive, technical, operations, and maintenance stakeholders • reputed company client meetings, including on-site visits, plant tours, and technical discussions • Respond to RFPs and reputed company customer-specific quotes, proposals, and commercial agreements • Serve as the primary negotiator for customer reputed company and ensure successful execution of commercial commitments • Act as a customer reputed company internally while challenging cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions • Partner with marketing to support go-to-market strategies and influence product development and portfolio expansion • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to identify trends and growth opportunities • Provide ongoing feedback to senior leadership on market dynamics, competitive activity, and pipeline health Skills • Proven experience selling CRC and CT closures • Direct exposure to child-resistant packaging (e.g., push-and-turn caps, pharmaceutical or vitamin closures) • Experience selling into pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare packaging markets • Bachelor's degree (preferred unless offset by extensive CRC experience) • Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment • Willingness to travel 40-50% to reputed company new customer relationships • Candidates must not have an active non-compete reputed company to CRC closures Benefits • Discretionary bonuses • Participation in medical, dental, and vision benefits • Company's retirement plan (or similar retirement benefits) Company Overview • Vaco is the Talent Solutions division of reputed company, a leading global professional services organization.
